- Enquiry details: description of the window issue, photos you choose to share, and notes from our conversations.
- Transaction data: quotes, invoices, payment confirmations (we do not store full card details).

- Service providers: hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), email delivery (Resend), website analytics (Google Analytics).
- Payment processors when you pay by card.
- Accountants and HMRC for tax and bookkeeping.
- Sub-contractors only where necessary to complete a job, bound by confidentiality.
We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK (e.g. in the EU or US). Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
6. How long we keep data
- Quote enquiries that don't proceed: up to 24 months.
- Customer records and invoices: 7 years (HMRC requirement).
- Guarantee records: for the lifetime of the guarantee plus 1 year.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
